Want more on the Industrial Forklifts team? Here’s a new showcase for our Director of Sales, Gil Saenz. We asked him a few questions about his role. Here’s what he had to say.
“What’s your experience been like since you joined the Industrial Forklifts team?”
Since joining the team, I’ve felt very welcomed by everyone in the organization. The culture here is very family-oriented, with a genuine sense of care and support among all team members. Like any family, we have our disagreements, but ultimately, we are all working towards the same goals.
“What would you say is your best skill?”
I’d have to say communication. I believe in being honest and transparent, whether it’s delivering news that our customers want to hear or not. I’ve seen firsthand how a breakdown in communication can lead to significant issues…something none of us want! By prioritizing openness and clarity, I help maintain trust and prevent misunderstandings.
“What’s one thing you’d like all Industrial Forklifts customers to know right now?”
In the 11 years I’ve been involved with the Heli brand, I’ve seen tremendous growth & improvement in the quality of the products. Not only that, but we’ve put a lot of effort into enhancing the service & support we provide customers. The whole team works on building Industrial Forklifts into a brand you can rely on.
“Is there anything coming down the pipe that dealers should know about?”
Yes, a couple of exciting developments are on the horizon. One key area is parts availability – historically a challenge for our dealers. Over the past six months, we’ve made significant investments in this area, and continue to do so on a weekly basis. Supporting our products is crucial for our growth, and we’re committed to ensuring parts are readily available.
Additionally, we recognize the importance of data in today’s digital world. Our dealers and rental customers rely on data to make informed decisions. We’re providing more critical data than ever before, to help our customers make their best decisions.
“Anything else you’d like to share?”
We’re always looking for great partners in the industry. If you’d like to talk, please feel free to reach out.
Thanks for the input, Gil!
