Did you make it to the ARA show in Las Vegas? We had a great time there, meeting a lot of good people.
Conversations there gave us some good insights into the coming year for our industry. We’d like to share those with you in this recap.
Industry activity is rising. ARA was well-attended! Our team fielded plenty of questions about Heli forklifts, cost-effective moves,
More people are noticing the Heli brand. We brought a variety of models to display at our booth. A few hundred people and nearly 80 rental companies visited. Their interest seemed evenly distributed among the models.
One person asked some very technical questions about a pneumatic tire model’s engine. He knew his stuff and wanted some specific answers. Fortunately, we had them!
Support need remains high among rental companies (and we’re ready to provide it). When representing a Chinese brand, people often assume that support originates in China. We want to assure our customers and prospects that all aftermarket support — including parts, technical assistance, and warranty service — is managed through our corporate office in Phoenix, Arizona.
Gil Saenz, our Head of Sales, had more to say on this:
“[Industrial Forklifts’] leadership team possesses extensive retail experience, allowing us to understand the challenges our customers face firsthand. We’re not just representatives; we’ve been on the front lines, giving us a unique perspective and commitment to customer success.”
Rough Terrain forklifts seeing more interest. We did notice the CPCD35-KU5Y4G3 Rough Terrain getting a bit more attention. Easy to see why – it’s a powerful forklift, and it’s a very smooth ride for an RT model.
(We’ll share a Model Showcase with more on the CPCD35 shortly.)
Thank you to everyone who dropped by! We hope the year goes well for you, and for our industry.
Industrial Forklifts, Inc. and Heli have attended every ARA show since 2008. We look forward to seeing you in Orlando in March 2026!
